The Feed is an Australian news, current affairs, and satire television series hosted by Marc Fennell and Jan Fran and featuring reporting by Patrick Abboud and Laura Murphy-Oates, and satire with Michael Hing.
The Feed wanted to signal to viewers that they had a whole new show for them, they wanted to mark a departure away from their previous show so we took charge of the new and fresh face with the graphics showing everything that represented the brand but in an exciting way and adding elements to configure the new visual language .
The new The Feed presents surprising, emotional and informative stories around a theme, while also giving funny, informed and pointed views and satire on the week in news. There’s currently no other show on television that combines serious current affairs, mini-documentaries, as well as comedy and analysis about the week in news and politics, alongside high-profile entertainment interviews and music performances.
Filmed out in the world and from a different location every week, The Feed doesn’t look like a standard television show. There is no regular studio set. No live crosses. No audience with canned laughter and LaFinka wanted to bring all of that in to the intro we created and all the assets that comes with the show.
